Pasta is a huge part of Italians culture--its one of the most popular dishes. Although Spaghetti and meatballs is not completely an Italian meal it is considered to be an American-Italian cuisine due to it being made by Italians over in america once they migrated to America in the 1800s due to the economy leaving places in Italy impoverished. In this chart it shows the Italian immigration by years! It shows the increase and decrease theoughout the 1800's. https://www.mtholyoke.edu/~molna22a/classweb/politics/Italianhistory.html In this video it will show how to make a delicious Italian spaghetti and meatballs dish! http://m.allrecipes.com/video/2765/italian-spaghetti-sauce-with-meatballs/ #grapefoodbloggers
